Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on wage and hour disputes, PAGA claims, and class actions.
• Conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and provided strategic legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop and execute case strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong background in handling wage and hour, PAGA, and class action cases.
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
