• Draft dispositive motions and prepare compelling legal arguments.
• Prepare thoroughly for trial, demonstrating a strategic and well-prepared approach.
• Prioritize professional liability defense, with knowledge of legal ethics and risk management, considered a plus.

Requirements:

• California Bar license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters.
• Strong academic credentials reflecting a solid legal foundation.
