The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, preferably in construction defect litigation (developer representation) and general casualty/personal injury matters. Strong research, writing, and deposition skills are essential.

 

Duties:

  • Handle civil litigation matters, with a focus on construction defect litigation (developer representation) and general casualty/personal injury cases.
  • Conduct legal research and writing to support litigation proceedings.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Attend and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing witnesses.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in Arizona.
  • Strong research, writing, and deposition skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in Arizona.
