  • Experience in drafting disclosure schedules, purchase agreements, and other M&A agreements.
  • Experience in drafting corporate and LLC formation documents.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admitted to the State Bar of Washington.
