Insurance Defense Attorney – Bodily Injury

As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you’ll be a part of the motor vehicle insurance defense litigation team, providing legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to the Progressive Insurance Companies before courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation. You’ll have the chance to handle cases from beginning to end, preparing legal pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs; negotiating settlements; and preparing timely reports on litigation. You’ll also be responsible for analyzing written discovery, depositions, medical records, and assessing the value of claims to determine risk exposure.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.

## Qualifications

* Juris Doctorate degree or higher
* Active license to practice law in California
* Two years of general/auto litigation experience

## Compensation

* Salary: $130,135 - $153,100/year
* Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance

## Compensation

As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you’ll be eligible for a competitive salary of $130,135 - $153,100/year. Additionally, you’ll be able to earn a Gainshare bonus of up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
