PTPA Manager - Finance (Full-Time, Up to 20% Travel)

PwC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Internal Tax team as a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor (PTPA). The PTPA team is responsible for providing tax compliance and planning guidance to the owners of PwC, including both Partners and Principals, across the US. As a Manager, you will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
- Identify and address client tax issues
- Manage a team of professionals virtually
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level
- Utilize project management and communication skills to manage resources, workflow, and budgets
- Lead on-going change and leverage new technology
- Act as a tax technical business advisor
- Utilize digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in individual tax compliance and planning, preferably for a global network of professional services firms
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification required, Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and online tax organizers
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets and utilize data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
