Meta is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate General Counsel, Product & Privacy to join their team. Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve privacy frameworks and processes to ensure compliance with global privacy laws
- Collaborate with business teams to evaluate the impact of privacy laws on HR and security processes and internal tools
- Stay up-to-date with relevant privacy laws, regulations, and industry guidelines
- Assist with privacy matters related to CPRA, Recruitment, AI, and other business development opportunities
- Engage with global privacy regulators on privacy initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

- . degree and active membership in at least one . state bar
- 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Knowledge of global privacy laws and regulations
- Experience in litigation, regulatory, or security counseling

Preferred Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in employment law or HR
- Demonstrated expertise in privacy and data issues
- Strong business judgment and client counseling skills
- Proven ability to work on cross-functional projects
