Job Overview:

The Labor And Employment Associate Attorney will be pivotal in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in California employment law, demonstrating proficiency in legal writing, analysis, and courtroom advocacy.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Attend and participate in depositions, administrative hearings, and trials.
• Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair in trials as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and eligibility to practice law in California.
• 3-6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in California.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Federal clerkship experience is preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
