  • Advising on legal and technical aspects of eDiscovery, including data privacy and security issues.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Provided counsel on eDiscovery best practices and ensured compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participating in case strategy meetings and contributing insights on eDiscovery implications.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery, with a focus on litigation.
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery tools, technologies, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment law is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

 

Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (.) degree.
