The attorney should have a policyholder/plaintiff mindset and California Bar admission. The role involves providing legal counsel and support in insurance coverage and recovery matters.

Duties:

• Manage insurance coverage and recovery issues arising from general liability policies, Directors and Officers, Errors and Omission, and other insurance policies.
• Advise clients on policyholder and plaintiff perspectives.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and provide recommendations to clients.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings related to insurance disputes.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for insurance recovery.
• Stay updated on insurance laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal experience in dealing with insurance coverage and recovery issues.
• A policyholder/plaintiff mindset in approaching insurance matters.
• California Bar admission.
• Experience working in a law firm environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar.
