Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including complex sales and services agreements, technology agreements, and distribution and dealer agreements.
- Provide legal advice to all levels of the company, including Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Engineering, on issues such as risk assessment, deal structures, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist in other legal matters, including employment issues and export compliance.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and promote a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.
- Actively contribute to the unity and professional development of the Legal Team.

Qualifications:

- with excellent academic credentials.
- 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial transactions (exceptional new or recent grads with applicable experience may be considered).
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- . Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
