A law firm in Phoenix is seeking a Mid-Level Class Action Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, experience with class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation. Superior writing, research, and analytical skills are required.

Duties:

• Utilize expertise in class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties both verbally and in writing.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence promptly.
• Meet deadlines and expectations consistently.
• Foster positive work relationships within the firm.
• Adhere to all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including computer work and virtual meetings.
• Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
• Previous federal clerkship is a plus.
• Experience with class action defense preferred.
• Superior writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Ability to navigate and take ownership of a multi-matter docket.
