The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. This position requires active licensure with the California Bar Association and 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Duties:

• Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
• Draft pleadings, letters, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Communicate effectively with judicial staff, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Contact clients for information and trial preparation
• Assist with trial preparation and actively participate in court proceedings

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Active license in good standing with the California Bar Association
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Familiarity with family law procedures and practices
• Professional demeanor, self-starter, and detail-oriented
• Experience with Smokeball and DissoMaster Suite is a plus

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite
