Job Overview: The law firm seeks an Attorney focusing on Community Association law. Job Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to Community Association law.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters about Community Association law.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Attend meetings with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, focusing on Community Association law, is preferred.
• Current member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Certification or experience in Community Association law is preferred.
