A law firm is seeking a Healthcare Associate Attorney with the following qualifications:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and preparation for litigation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations affecting clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Louisiana State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for healthcare-related experience.
• Excellent academic credentials, with the top 25% of the graduating class preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

• None are required, but any relevant certifications in healthcare law or related fields are a plus.
