Job Overview: A law firm in Vienna, VA, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Estate Planning, with a preference for expertise in Trusts and estates, Estate Litigation, and wealth management. The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school and be admitted to the VA or MD State Bar.

Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, considering their unique financial and familial circumstances.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to trusts, wills, probate, and estate administration.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.
• Handle estate litigation cases, demonstrating proficiency in dispute resolution and courtroom advocacy.
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop holistic wealth management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Estate Planning.
• Preferred experience in Trusts and estates, Estate Litigation, and wealth management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
