The ideal candidate will have a background in drafting and arguing discovery motions, conducting depositions, and possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills. This role requires strong academic credentials and the ability to effectively manage cases, taking the lead as necessary.

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters related to gaming regulation
• Represent clients in the gaming industry, including casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, and fantasy sports
• Draft and argue discovery motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Provide legal advice and counsel to gaming clients
• Conduct legal research on gaming regulations and laws
• Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and proceedings
• Manage and oversee case strategy and development
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and laws

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry
• Background in gaming regulatory matters preferred
• Admitted to practice law in a state
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience in drafting and arguing discovery motions
• Ability to conduct depositions effectively
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
• Case management expertise
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in a state
