Duties:

  • Handle litigation matters related to gaming regulation
  • Represent clients in the gaming industry, including casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, and fantasy sports
  • Draft and argue discovery motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to gaming clients
  • Conduct legal research on gaming regulations and laws
  • Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
  • Advocate for clients in court hearings and proceedings
  • Manage and oversee case strategy and development
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and laws

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry
  • Background in gaming regulatory matters preferred
  • Admitted to practice law in a state
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience in drafting and arguing discovery motions
  • Ability to conduct depositions effectively
  • Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
  • Case management expertise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
