Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle a caseload of complex litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and maintain client relationships.
• Manage discovery, including document production, review, and e-discovery processes.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various stages of litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Preferably, experience in Healthcare and/or Energy Litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
• Strong research and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (.) degree.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability and desire to appear in court.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
