Tax Senior - Business Tax Services - Federal/Corporate Tax (Central Region Office Locations)

- Tax Senior Consultant role within Deloitte's Business Tax Services group, focused on federal tax issues across multiple jurisdictions and countries.
- Opportunity to work with large global and dynamic midsize clients in various industries.
- Responsible for providing federal tax compliance and consulting services, including tax planning, tax controversy, and tax research.
- Recruiting for this role ends on June 1, 2024.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal taxation, including preparation and review of federal tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
- One of the following accreditations required: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, CFA, or CFP.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for work.
- Advanced degree (Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM) preferred.
- Experience working in a virtual and/or global environment preferred.
- Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new technology solutions.
- Previous experience with ASC 740 and Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills required.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills required.
- Salary range for this role is $63,420 to $126,620, with the potential for a discretionary annual incentive program.
