Responsibilities

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will serve as the primary engagement manager and be responsible for billing, realization, and collections. You will also have the opportunity to utilize technology and other resources to maximize the technical application to projects. In addition, you will be involved in decision making with clients' management to understand the broader impact of current decisions and possible solutions. Other responsibilities include developing and executing a business development plan, networking, and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a master's degree in taxation preferred. You should also have a minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably in a public accounting firm. A CPA or Bar License is required, as well as a minimum of 4 years of supervising and training experience. You should also be a subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual, or trust and estate taxation. Proven market facing skills and experience managing multiple client engagements are also necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
