Duties:

  • Stay abreast of developments in family law statutes, regulations, and case law.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law in Arizona.
  • Strong knowledge of Arizona family law statutes, procedures, and court rules.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Education:
