Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a highly skilled Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in handling various Arizona family law matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in matters about divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law issues.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, adoption, and paternity matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare case strategies and arguments.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, petitions, agreements, and court filings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to manage caseload and ensure timely and effective client representation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records.
• Stay abreast of developments in family law statutes, regulations, and case law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of Arizona family law statutes, procedures, and court rules.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona in good standing.
