A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a capable Corporate (Finance) Associate Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, specifically focused on Finance & Banking. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to practice law in Georgia.

Duties:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements such as loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
• Providing legal advice on corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market transactions.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.
• Assisting in due diligence processes and preparing related reports for clients.
• Collaborating effectively with partners and clients in strategy development and transaction execution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia in good standing.
• 3-4 years of progressive experience practicing corporate law with a specialization in finance and banking transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial and business principles relevant to corporate finance.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia is required.
