The successful candidate will work directly with the senior partner on a variety of transactional matters, providing exceptional client service and demonstrating expertise in business entity formation, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, and leases.

Duties:

• Work directly with the senior partner on a diverse range of transactional matters.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and timely project completion.
• Conduct legal research and draft and review complex legal documents.
• Manage caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in business entity formation, representation, succession planning, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, and leases.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing deadlines.
• Tax and accounting background is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
