Duties:

• Manage and contribute to the resolution of a high volume of litigation and land use cases.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents during the discovery process.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research for each case.
• Make court appearances when necessary.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients.
