Management should listen to everyone and take everyone's concerns into account. It's important that everyone plays a role and feels like they are part of what makes the firm great.
The office is great to work in. Everyone does their fair share and always is looking out for others when it comes down to it. It's nice to work in that type of environment for sure. I liked it very much.
I do not feel like there is room for personal growth in the firm. I always felt that I would have to continue on elsewhere at some point. That's the only bad part, in my opinion.
