I would like to see management go ahead and up the starting salary. While they are at it they can look into providing better health benefits to their workers as well.
I found this firm to be very accommodating and the environment was always conductive to getting work done. The location is very accessible as well.
The starting pay is not as high as it should be in my opinion. I also found the benefit's to be pretty lackluster as well.
