Michael Mazurczak is extremely unprofessional and irresponsive insurance agent. I was connected with him to start an insurance claim on Aug 24, 2021. Ever since that Michael has been dodging my calls and emails. If you are considering his services, please think twice! I'll post my updates on how this situation is getting handled by Michael and see when he finally reaches out to be to start a dialog, take notes, file a claim, and finally does his job!
