Locate and retain young talent; keep the firm's longevity intact. Keep doing what you are doing, but expand your human resource base; find hard workers, who will give you their best, every day, without having to be asked.
This firm has excellent lawyers, provides excellent advice/service; they go the extra mile. Anybody who has used this firm, speaks glowingly of it. It's been around since 1903, for a multitude of reasons; hard work, communicative, and thorough evaluation/preparation. I'd recommend this firm to anyone, who wants quality legal service.
The hardest thing for this firm, is to manage all of its work. Retaining and finding talent; expanding the firm; finding quality staff, in a less than favorable market, to join and help the firm rise, to greater heights.
None. All partners at Neale and Newman, LLP, are experienced, qualified, and thorough practitioners; I would trust any of them within their specialties; they serve multiple specialties; no problem is too big or small for them.
Awesome place to work; hard workers are left alone, to do their jobs. Great health insurance, solid hours, no weekend hours for staff, 401K benefits; it's a family environment, and flexible schedules are allowed, for family needs/wants/ desires. This firm has supported staff through health issues, and schooling.
Evaluate your older employees and make them prove themselves. I did not enjoy working with these entitled individuals. I respect them for what they have done in the past but they're getting lazy and careless.
This is a well-established firm with lots of experienced individuals that I was able to learn from while I worked here. The pay was acceptable.
A lot of the associates are lazy, which is likely due to doing it for so long but it slows down the process greatly. The veterans feel entitled and give the work they don't want done to the new associates.
Thank you.
