This firm needs to lighten up on the work load. Some employees don't want to work long hours and need a good work-life balance.
This firm has been a great place to work since I've started. Management is open and friendly and offer parties several times a year. They're also very accommodating and give you time off, even if unexpected and needed.
The hours for this firm can be a bit long at times. I expected this working at a law firm so it isn't too much of an issue. It just becomes difficult at times to see friends and family.
