Consider improving the flow of information downstream to make it more likely for new employees to stick around and grow with the firm.
The office environment is very positive and the attorneys are capable and reputable. Management is easy to work with and the supporting staff is top notch.
New employees will be met with some difficulty as a few members of management are not easy to work with. Some of the law firm's systems could use tweaking to make them more efficient.
Management needs a complete re haul since it doesn't listen to what you have to say and any suggestions you may have. I'd also like to see more room for promotions, especially to those that work diligently and arduously.
Plenty of over time is available, even though it's underpaid in my opinion. The secretaries and staff are very accommodating. Some of the new interns that I personally worked with were very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of vacation time.
This firm is very rigid and constrained in terms of upwards mobility (promotions and so on). Management can be difficult to deal with and not very heedful of your advice. Promotions are too few and far between.
A little more attention to the staff from the upper management would be good.
I was really surprised to see how high the pay was, especially just for an entry level position. I had great relationships with the majority of the staff. All of the employees love working here and coming in each and every morning. The management really wants employees to be enthusiastic and take interest in the services.
