See reviews for Caplan and Earnest LLC from attorneys and other legal professionals below.
I would like to see management slowdown in regards to hiring new attorneys. I'd also like to see management set up more year round work event's to bring everyone together outside of the typical work day.
What I like most about this firm is that there is always plenty of interesting work to go around. Everyone is also very friendly and has a diverse set of expertise within the firm itself.
I would like to see us slowdown in terms of our current hiring. We dealt with a few attorneys in the past that seemed like they did not enjoy their work and this really hurt our workflow.
While it is nice to be able to work at a great place to earn experience, don't forget that some of these people you hire would like promotions from time to time. It helps keep people motivated.
The expertise between the two men who run this office is superb. You can't find two better men to take you under their wing when you're just getting started and making a name for yourself.
There isn't much room to grow in the company, so it's hard to really move up and get any sort of promotion.
I would love to continue working at this firm for many years, so make sure junior members are allowed to be promoted, and that these opportunities are known across the firm.
This office is under the control of Mr. Caplan and Mr. Earnest, who have 20+ years of legal expertise between them. They are demanding in what they ask but the work is very satisfying and you control your own destiny.
With few positions and not much room for growth in Boulder, I would struggle to figure out how to advance in my career in this firm. I would like the partners to spell this out more clearly with less ambiguity.
Thank you.
