Open up more positions to keep employees that really do enjoy working at the firm. That will allow for less turnover and more hard workers.
I really do enjoy working here. I feel like I have learned a lot so far and that it will help me to keep moving forward in my career.
It seems like at some point, I will have to leave as there is almost a salary cap and there isn't much room to move up and into a bigger position.
