Welcome to the new web site of Riverbend Group, LLC. Riverbend Group is an executive search and consulting firm headquartered in the Greater Washington, D.C.-Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area. Riverbend’s founder and Managing Member, Paul Heldenbrand, Esq., has more than twenty-seven years of experience in the executive search and consulting business in the Mid-Atlantic region and elsewhere. Our primary specialty areas are legal executive search and related services such as law firm merger consulting, confidential representation of experienced individual attorneys and groups seeking to relocate their practices, attorney salary and market surveys, and outplacement services for lawyers. However, we also have many years of recruiting and consulting experience in areas other than law, and in certain circumstances are able to take on search assignments or assist candidates in other industries and professions as well. Moreover, in those situations where we are not able to provide direct assistance, we are always happy to try to refer you to someone else who can. Although Riverbend Group has been in business since early 2005, this is a brand new web site. Traffic to the former Riverbend Group web site, www.riverbendgroup.net (as well as to the e-mail addresses associated with that site) has been automatically redirected to this site. This new web site has been optimized for viewing and navigation using the latest smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, and is compatible with the most popular web browsers used by those devices as well as by more traditional desktop and laptop computers. A variety of other new features has also been added, including a search box on every page and the ability to change the font size of the content for optimal viewing on any size computer or other device.
