Job Description:
- BBDG is seeking a lateral partner with portable sustainable practices in the areas of commercial and estate/trust litigation.
- The partner will be responsible for managing their own practice and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases for the firm's clients.
- This is a full-time position that requires the partner to work in person at the firm's office location.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a sustainable practice in the areas of commercial and estate/trust litigation.
- Handle a variety of legal matters for the firm's clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide top-notch legal services.
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively managing caseload and meeting client needs.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends in the areas of commercial and estate/trust litigation.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and estate/trust litigation.
- Strong track record of success in handling complex litigation matters.
- Portable book of business is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
