Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate will provide legal secretarial support to three or four litigation attorneys. Responsibilities include: Scheduling & Calendaring. Preparing documents for court filing and service. Entering attorney expenses. Drafting correspondence. Making travel arrangements. Tracking CLEs. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Should have 2+ years of litigation secretarial experience. Transcription ability needed. Federal and state e-filing experience required. Should have ability to type minimum 70 wpm. Should be proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications, especially Word. Strong organizational skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
