Pay more for the work that you expect. Stop keeping an hourly mentality when it comes to attorneys working in your office. They will work if you stop watching them like helicopter parents. Get better chairs and desks. Allow more PTO. Stop viewing your clients as a paycheck. Leadership should WANT to help clients, not use them.

Don’t do it. I am convinced that half of their practices constitute malpractice. I reported my concerns to the state bar. Weird work environment. Owner is creepy. Pay is terrible. Benefits are even worse.
