It goes on and on One of his client's was beaten to death in his cell 15 minute's after calling Him in Broome County Jail. When I called him after he f'd my case day after 13 juror's said the foundry accident was not my fault but the safety shoes where reasonably save and he had let out the foundry and ladel manufacture with no argument at all he said If you say anything I will have you in jail so long you will not know which way is up or down. Then filled false charges on me. One of my attorney;s died un common and the other is attorney general now the other works for the ins. company that settled with me and said I could sue the foundry Chuck Schummer was waiting for me In 1996 at the State Office Building when I went in for a Scheduled hearing at the bottom of the building elavator entrance I rode up with him they gave me 3700 extra that day in the comp hearing Judge Ira Krigstein still there. The civil case was tried for 10 million in 2002 the jury said I could not have prevented the accident and the boots were safe the only thing asked for 13 juror's after 8 am to 9 pm 3 day trial. So they sealed it. The boot guy sued me for friv 1000 that's why it shows 7/72002 judgment againts Shine I actually won. My Lawyer good ol Ron Threatened me and the court report Kathy Andrews will testify about the fraud at civil trial she stated. If she or me is still alive. I am owed 3 times 10 million for fraud damages. That is 30 million with interest. My lawyer Stephen D, Smyke is dead unnatural cause 2008 The lawyer he had me meeting with Aron J. Marcus is now NYS Attorney General The other lawyer Stephen had me meet with Mark A. Kenyon Side Switched from my comp lawyer to the defense before Civil trial. Stephen sat on it then forced me out and told me hey I know a guy guess who Ron R. Benjamin. Stephen D, Smyke 10 million civil action Smyke had me change it from 500,000 in 1998. I had a comp attorney I fired in 1995 that I hired that was working for Us Ind. Ins. company He was also censored in N.J.and I think he was working out of Benjamin's Law Office but not partner with Ron. Benjamin.a few years ago .Phillip's is the Foundry they built a new foundry using a 500,000 Federal grant in 1996-97 and then never opened it and sold it to Japan guess how much yep 10 million. Phillip's Foundry also has another foundry in INDIANA guess what When I settled with easterm Temp NYS Ins. Fund Late 1999 I was driving back home from Mc' Donald's drive threw I had a long wait in the drive threw driving back home on Ceader Crest Blvd. Allentown when a car came 30 miles an hour down a hill drive way out of a lawyer's office and smashed into my car skidding 25 feet into me pushed me under a station wagon that ended up on top of my car my air bags stopped me from going threw my windshield!! Totaled my car and GUESS where the lady was from?Yep INDIANA yep and she had a yellow kodak throw away camera and two other cars stopped and guess what they both had yellow kodak cameras when she came to court the Judge Michelle Varichio who was a majistraite Judge now county civil Judge asked the lady were you stopped when you pulled out into the lain and she said yes.Yet all three people who didn't now one anther having the same throw away camera's didn't have any pic's of her skid mark's 25 feet long. Guess what the judge M.Varichio and the Judge in Civil action in boot/foundry/ladel case are both 4 -H member's I was falsely arrested at least 5 times in Allentown until I became friend's with the county Judgeand retired Col. James T. Anthony. I moved at least 15 Marine Families. I sent appeal to the court house and guess what they didn't forward it to Albany.
