I think trusting some of the interns to take care of some of the smaller issues with some cases and projects would help with taking care of some of the work load.
I work with a lot of attorneys here and get to learn a lot. The firm deals with a lot of different areas of law and has a great list of clientele. The pay and salaries are great. There are good amenities within the work place. I have access to a lot of great resources as well.
The work load can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. We tend to do a lot of cases that deal with important clientele so the superiors encourage departments to be very attentive to detail.
