There's nothing better than being surrounded by genuine, smart, and kind co-workers (who respect and understand the value of your vacation time). Oh, and catered lunch everyday is pretty great, too.ConsThe work is demanding and you're expected to bill a lot of hours, but as long as you aren't missing any deadlines, calls, or hearings, you have pretty much complete autonomy to work on your own schedule.
