Hire more people to spread the workload out a bit more. It most likely would be cheaper than paying overtime.
Not a single person here at this firm is underpaid or feels like they should be paid more than they are.
The hours here are long and the work is exhausting. People sometimes even pass out from exhaustion during long overtime days.
This firm should consider paying their interns at least something rather than nothing. Interns will feel less obligated to work here if they're not being paid.
I've worked here for about 3 years and really like the hours given. The work is always consistent and nothing really comes as a surprise. I have a good work-home balance and have plenty of time to see my friends and family.
One big issue with this firm is that the internship is not paid for. While some companies have no problems doing unpaid internships, these methods need to be stopped. This is simply a way for companies to hire employees without actually having to pay them.
Thank you.
