Provide better pay. Other than that, keep up the good work.

You will work with top notch lawyers and learn a lot at this room. I really enjoy working here. The people are friendly.

The compensation could be a little better.

There needs to be a push towards being able to offer employees and staff the opportunity to grow in their career. Also, the office should consider taking on various variety of work to break away from the repetitiveness.

The environment created in the office is more on an equal field. Everyone seems to treat each other with respect even being in different positions.

The work that takes place in the office lacks interest and is repetitive. There seems to be a lack of opportunity towards advancing in career.

Come to this firm if you want the best experience, but don't expect great pay

Like many firms, this one is a great resume-builder. You will get experience and maybe references here if you do a good job. But it can get boring, and you might not get the hands-on experience so many other employers will want.

Like a lot of firms, you will get a giant stack of paperwork in front of you on your first day. You'll learn a lot from this, but it can get tedious doing the partners' busy work day after day, week after week, month after month. But you will get great experience and build your resume.

There isn't a lot of room to grow here. You'll be doing a lot of paperwork and legwork for the next few years. You may get a chance to get some courtroom experience, but it seems like the partners hoard that to themselves. Many associates don't like this.
