Advice to law firm management: I think something even as minute as a great rec area for the associates would do wonders since we all spend a lot of time at the firm. It may sound a bit unprofessional, but it's something I'm sure would lift some spirits during long cases.

Pros: This is one of the best working environments I've had in my career. The atmosphere in the workplace is always positive with a lot of work available. The superiors put a lot of trust in the attorneys at the firm which makes for a positive atmosphere. My fellow associates also have no problem helping each other out. And I make sure to return the favor.

Cons: The work load is sometimes a bit overwhelming, and there are long hours. I think for the most part, it is expected when you're at a firm with the reputation this one has. But it does wear on your sometimes.
