Advice to law firm management:
The firm should seek to broaden its inclusivity by reaching out to individuals of color for employment, and to more diverse clients as well.

The senior partners are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. You will gain a valuable mentor if you play your cards right.

The firm seems not to value diversity. There is little diversity among staff and even less among its client rolls. Many associates will not like this.
