Main management needs to learn how to open the floor of ideas around to all who work there, create more of a team effort feel.

I originally came here for the great benefits, but the workforces is also a huge plus and keeps people involved.

The main management team does not let a whole lot of change happened within the structure of teams, which can be a negative on workflow.

I would like to see someone uplift the current staff members and I would like to see the tantrums cut down to a minimum. Perhaps some new guidelines would go a long way.

All of the staff members besides the head staff member are very helpful and accommodating. I also felt as though the pay and benefits were outstanding. I really liked my secretary as well as she was very helpful.

The work environment is way too serious. If someone were to drop a dime on the floor everyone would flinch and wonder what was going on. Some of the staff members tend to have tantrums as well.
