What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to take better care of their newer employees. While it's crucial to keep long term employees happy, new employees are being treated unfairly and being paid much less than other firms in the area.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers good salaries to those who have worked at the firm for several years. If you work within the firm for over a year you obtain health benefits as well as bonuses. Unfortunately, it seems this is one of the few good things about this law firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately the starting salaries in this firm are quite low compared to other competitors. Long term employees make more, but this isn't obtained for many years of working within this firm. Only a small number of people have stayed at this firm long-term and most of them are management.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Get rid of the employees that treat people like trash. Train your new supervisors before assigning them to new people. Give new employees more credit before letting them go unless there is a true violation of company code. Stop going by a person's looks. Train you people better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Starting salary wasn't bad but that is about all. There are hardly any paid holiday's and sick and vacation time is combined as one.
What did you not like about this institution?
Trenam keeps their older employees who treat new employees like trash. As long has the older employees bring in money it doesn't matter how you are treated, Trenam will keep them and let you go. If you are not walking around smiling all the time you are out. The HR Director is constantly going around firing people for no good reason. Before talking to new employees and finding out what is going on you are out if the older employees don't like you for whatever reason. This is not a good place to work.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Not much.
