"Excellent Firm"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: There is a lot to absorb when you first start out here. Take some time to get familiar and it will help you in the long run.

Pros: My time spent at AlvaradoSmith was short but very rewarding. They treated me like family and helped however they could.

Cons: The work is rough at first but once you get used to it it's easy. Be willing to ask questions when you need to.

"The Best Firm in the State"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on October 26, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Be prepared and ready to do anything. They are quick and experts in their field and looking for more of the same.

Pros: My time at Alvarado Smith was an excellent one. I learned so much in such a short time before I had to leave the state. Highly recommended!

Cons: I would have stayed there for longer except I had other obligations. The only problem I had with them was how hard it was to get hired!

"Diverse People with Uniformly High Skills"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on July 01, 2017

Advice to law firm management: A little more of a clear hierarchy could probably make some things move more smoothly and quickly. A variety of opinions are great, but a quick decision is as well.

Pros: Unlike a lot of firms that tout their multicultural through forced programs and PR events, this is the first time I've truly felt a part of a truly diverse team that got there because of their unarguable merits.

Cons: There can sometimes be a lot of disagreement between people and slow progress in sorting them out. It's hard to know who to listen to when.
