Advice to law firm management: You will need to show you can put in sixty hours or more every week. Many lawyers are not fond of that arrangement. But the rewards will be many if you stick it out, work hard and make a good impression.

Pros: Many new attorneys graduate from working here and go on to start their own firms elsewhere, but report that their experience at Lewis Baach prepared them for what lay ahead in the legal landscape.

Cons: There are long working hours here. This job is considered to be one that will prepare you for partnership and future management jobs, whether at Lewis Baach or elsewhere.
