I’ve worked at 3 firms. This law firm takes first place as to how the people are treated. Free lunches regularly, early outs on a lot of Fridays. They really allow their people to grow. Maybe more training on the software would help.
The people were the best part. They really cared about being professional. The bonuses and compensation were strong. Health insurance was completely paid for. The cases were interesting and meaningful. Definitely a variety of cases.
No real complaints. All business at this firm. As you can see from some of the other reviews on here, they sometimes expect a lot in terms of good writing. Definitely edit your work before turning it in. They do edit pretty strict. Learn how to spellcheck and grammar check if you decide to work there haha!
No need to avoid the partner. He works with everyone, some more than others. He’s pretty chill. He does have high expectations of his people.
They paid really well. Cared about their employees. Positive atmosphere. Smart people work there. After I left, I referred a case for my cousin because I knew it would be handled properly for her. They got her a great result.

More teambuilding days. We had a few field trips but I wanted more lolz!!!
Everybody was professional and got along. Nice atmosphere. Interesting cases. Fun that the law firm was in the news for a few big cases while I was there.
Nothing bad about the law firm at all but some of the clients were “challenging.”
Nothing bad to say here. Andre was a teacher type. Justin more a manager that let you figure it out.
The coworkers were sooo nice!! No cubicles! No voicemail! Very non corporate. The office decor was really modern with good energy. Oh and I loved the free snacks and drinks!!!
