Advice to law firm management: I would like to see management cut back on the amount of hours some of the attorney's that I mentioned are allowed to work to perhaps, put them in a better mood. I'd also like to see more yearly friendly get-togethers implemented as well.

Pros: Truly outstanding pay. I also thought that the work was very diverse, interesting, and challenging which always kept me on my toes. There is also plenty of over time to go around as well.

Cons: This firm tends to have a very serious under tone in that most of the attorney's at this firm are seasoned no nonsense professionals that take their work very seriously. I have found this to be somewhat of a downfall considering that sometime exchanges can get quite heated in the office.

"This Firm is So Fun"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Management needs to offer more raises to their employees, this way employees will stay and not look for work elsewhere.

Pros: This firm does a great job of creating a fun work environment and staff got along with everyone including myself. The benefits that come with this position are also awesome and they give you some of the best health insurance around.

Cons: While the benefits are good, the pay could be better. Starting out the pay is fine, but you rarely ever get a raise and there doesn't seem like much room for growth within the company.
