Advice to law firm management:
Travel is grueling and really takes a toll on lawyers, so a more forgiving schedule or perhaps more use of video conferencing would really help.

Pros:
With locations all over the US, this is a great firm for those looking to relocate or searching for opportunities elsewhere. This is a serious place that deals with serious business and I feel an atmosphere of professionalism throughout. I know the best is expected of me but also that I will be treated with professionalism and respect. The pay is quite good as well.

Cons:
Frequent traveling to deal with cases spanning different states. Often have to move from office to office to consult with experts and to plan strategies, etc. There's a lot of moving around when the firm you work for has so many offices.
